After omegle & chatroulette i think this is probably the best of the three:
it's like a greater combination of the two where you can chat to multiple people instead of being limited to Creepy McCreeperson or Freaky McFreakazoid!!!
Enjoy, but be warned, this has more tendency for insults as your dealing with more people!
Looks like there's less nudity on tinychat.
