As someone who is finding it EXTREMELY difficult to find employment in my current field I know exactly what they mean. To have someone come in and work the best part of the week for fuck all is a joke. Especially if there isn't even a guaranteed job at the end of it. Everything seems to be about "experience" these days and in the current climate you're still damned if you have it and you're royally fucked if you don't. Here's hoping we all just win the lotto and get to do whatever we want with the rest of our lives.
